The Walnut Street Baptist Church Visioning & Reuse Planning Team met together and in person for the first time on June 2. The Planning Team got to know one another and share their "why" - why they agreed to get involved in the process for re-envisioning the historic building and its role in the neighborhood and broader community. Everyone's "why" varied, but all agreed that finding the "why" behind the vision and reuse of the space would be a journey involving multiple connections and conversations.
